Nestled amidst the lush landscapes of Desa Landih, Bangli, Kintamani, Bali, at an elevation of 1100 - 1300 meters above sea level, lies AJ Koffie Farm, a haven for discerning coffee enthusiasts. This idyllic setting provides the perfect conditions for cultivating exceptional Arabica coffee beans.

AJ Koffie Farm is committed to sustainable and environmentally conscious practices. The use of organic fertilizers and bio-insecticides ensures that the coffee beans are cultivated in a pristine environment, resulting in premium quality organic Kintamani coffee.

 

 

 

 

 

On our Landih farm, we utilize three distinct methods, each coaxing out unique characteristics from the green beans.

Once meticulously harvested and processed, the green beans embark on their next transformation – roasting. In our state-of-the-art roasting facilities, our skilled roasters, like artists with a canvas, meticulously control temperature and time, coaxing out the full potential of each bean variety. Each roast profile is meticulously tailored to highlight the unique characteristics of the origin, transforming the green beans into aromatic treasures. Whether it's the floral notes of the Kintamani, the earthy richness of the Mandheling, or the captivating complexity of the Toraja Sapan, our roasting expertise unlocks a symphony of flavors waiting to be discovered.
